Technical Problems

Cannot browse products

When browsing the shop section of the website you will need to have javascript and session cookies enabled. Internet Explorer users can achieve this by setting Security AND Privacy to default levels. This will enable our system to hold your shopping cart / basket contents.

To change these settings open your browser and click the word “Tools” on the menu bar then “Internet Options”. The relevant tabs should now be visible. Please email if you require further assistance.

Credit card declined – cannot place order

Customers experiencing difficulty with the shopping cart may use our alternative secure web page here to place orders with us. Note the items required in the comments box, including colour, size etc and submit your order, and we will process it manually.
